Kuwait’s KGL challenges Cairo at ICSID in Washington to bolster Paris ruling

Despite an ICC International Court of Arbitration ruling last February, the case between the Egyptians of Damietta Port Authority (DPA) and the Kuwaitis of Damietta International Ports Company (DIPCO) has not been closed.
