MHL and Congo Mining threaten to sue Congo after Pierre Oba revokes Mayoko-Moussondji licence
A new licence has been cancelled in the Republic of Congo at the initiative of its Minister of Mines Pierre Oba, in the aftermath of Sundance Resources, Core Mining dispute, as reported in our columns in recent months.

According to Jeune Afrique Business+ sources, another dispute is emerging between the government authorities and the British company Midus Holdings Ltd (MHL) and its local subsidiary Congo Mining Ltd SARLU.
