The Casablanca-based partner of Gide Loyrette Nouel, Wacef Bentaibi, has advised the Millennium Challenge Account-Morocco (MCA-Morocco) to establish a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract for the development of two private industrial parks in the Casablanca region.
