Chokri Kamel’s objectives to boost exports for Tunisian Lilas SAH
Lilas SAH, the Tunisian champion of hygienic products, founded by Jalila Mezni and Mounir el Jaiez, will open two new production lines in its Senegalese subsidiary this year. Chokri Kamel, sales and marketing director of Lilas SAH’s subsidiaries on the continent, oversees all African activities since the end of last year.

The first production line in Senegal, scheduled for the first quarter, will manufacture paper towels, and the second line for baby nappies will be operational in the third quarter. The €1٫5 million investment should enable SAH Senegal to multiply its turnover by 2٫5 to reach 23 million dinars (€7 million) by the end of 2022.
