Clifford Chance, Ondra France and EY advise Sibanye-Stillwater on Sandouville acquisition from Eramet

The South African mining group Sibanye-Stillwater has paid €85 million to acquire the Sandouville industrial site in Normandy from the French group Eramet SA, and to take over its 190 employees, following the fulfilment of the terms of the deal.

The financial advice for Sibanye-Stillwater was provided by the independent firm Ondra France (part of the Ondra network), led by Yann Dever, a partner and former managing partner and head of restructuring at Lazard. He was assisted by Jean-Wilfried Diefenbacher, ex-managing director of the M&A advisory team at HSBC Global Banking & Markets.
