At the helm of Managem, Imad Toumi to invest nearly €190 million in 2022
Africa Business+ has learned that the Moroccan mining giant, which is finalising a bond issue on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, is maintaining its development ambitions with an investment volume of MAD 2 billion (€190 million) – equivalent to that committed in 2021 and 2020 (MAD 2.36 billion and MAD 2.14 billion).

The second tranche of a common bond of MAD 500 million received the green light from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC). The subscription is open from 9 to 11 March. It concerns the issue of 5,000 securities at a 3.22% coupon rate and a seven-year maturity, reserved for qualified investors (UCITS, credit institutions, investment funds, insurance and provident societies, CDG).
