Bolloré Africa Logistics to complete sale to MSC under watchful eye of Cyrille Bolloré and Diego Aponte

According to Africa Business+ sources, the Bolloré group – market capitalisation of €13.6 billion on Euronext, down some 4% since the end of 2021 – will accept the offer to acquire 100% of the shares in Bolloré Africa Logistics from the giant MSC at the end of the month.
