Spain’s Sea&Ports acquires stake in NAL Morocco to strengthen Africa presence
With a turnover of €105 million and a hundred offices, agents and commercial partners in 55 countries, the port logistics group has a strong presence in West Africa.

The Sea&Ports Group acquired a significant stake in the shipping agency NAL Maroc (North Africa Logistic), based in Casablanca, Tangiers, and Agadir. The exact amount of the capital acquired is not known at this stage, nor is the value of the transaction.
