West African Gold: Brian Kiernan to become chairman of revamped DFR if buyout of Moydow approved
At the end of April, the Toronto Stock Exchange conditionally approved Diamond Fields Resources (DFR) takeover of Moydow Holdings, a holder of various gold licences, including in Burkina Faso. The deal is subject to the approval of DFR shareholders.
