Top Sitafer CEO Shangguan Yong Jin invests $43 million in concrete iron plant expansion
Chinese businessman Shangguan Yong Jin, CEO, Top Sitafer SA, recently obtained approval from the Mauritanian government for the expansion project of its concrete iron factory on the southern outskirts of Nouakchott.

The project, with an overall cost of $43,161,755, is expected to generate 267 jobs, including 67 direct and 200 indirect, and to provide vocational training for national employees.
