Global Sovereign Advisory: Nicole Arditti, ex-Lazard, joins Anne-Laure Kiechel’s reinforced team
Launched in 2019, the consultancy structure of the former global head of Rothschild’s Sovereign Advisory team currently employs around 40 people. It generates about a third of its turnover in Africa, where it has several specialists.

Nicole Arditti, the latest recruit to have joined Global Sovereign Advisory (GSA), was appointed senior advisor in October. She previously worked in the same capacity at the competitor, Lazard. The debt specialist has been active for more than 38 years at the famous advisory bank. This includes 27 years as a manager and executive director of the International and Sovereign Advisory Group with several advisory assignments, including in African countries.
