DR Congo : Kazadi recruits Malian firm Brysla to regulate gambling sector

The Congolese Ministry of Finance, headed by Minister Nicolas Kazadi, contracted Brysla Finances & Audit, led by Malian lawyer and founding partner Bassalifou Sylla, to set up a regulatory body for lotteries and betting competitions.
