EBID obtains first financing from the AfDB 

The ECOWAS bank will receive more than US$130 million from the African Development Bank and the Bank of China.

Mabouba Diagne, Senegalese vice president of finance at the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID), and his team secured more than $130 million in financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) on 31 January. Discussions began more than nine months ago.
