The Paris Africa team of Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) comprises Bertrand Montembault, partner, Paul Morton, of counsel, and Adil Kourtih, associate, are advising Genmin on its Gabon operations. The ASX-listed Australian junior is developing a wholly-owned iron ore project in south-eastern Gabon at the Banakia site.
