Formerly led by Ahmat Abdelkerim, who took charge of Chad’s customs authorities end of 2022, Bolloré Africa Logistics‘ subsidiary in Niger is now overseen by Noël Kelembho, aged 55, appointed Managing Director on 1 February 2023.
