Allied Gold Corp changes management and re-targets IPO
Justin Dibb, co-founder and CEO of the West African mining company for the past decade, is handing over the reins to the former management team of Yamana Gold, with Peter Marrone as the new chairman and CEO of Allied Gold.

The aim is the same as in June 2021, when there was talk of a $500 million fundraising on the London Stock Exchange, but this time the IPO will be on a yet to be specified North American market (Toronto?) by 31 August 2023 at the latest. This time, the financing target has been reduced to $300 million.
