Noumory Sidibé contracts China’s CMEC and Tunisia’s SEET to connect northern Côte d’Ivoire
The Tunisian-Chinese duo has been called to work on the ambitious electricity and digital access programme in the north of Côte d’Ivoire. Contractors Koné Daouda Soukpafolo and Patrice Chevalier had already been commissioned for previous missions.
