I’m a subscriber but I can’t log in. What should I do?
There are two possible scenarios:
- If your annual subscription has expired, please contact our sales team to renew it at: customer.care@africabusinessplus.com.
- If you have a problem with your username and/or password, please change your password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” in the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to change your password. If the issue persists, please contact customer support at: customer.care@africabusinessplus.com
Add AB+ to your home screen
1. Click on at the bottom of your screen.
2. Click on to add AB+ on the home screen.
3. Enter the name of the shortcut and confirm.
