At MTN Congo Brazzaville, Djibril Ouattara launched a programme designed to improve the group’s EBITDA ratio which duly rose from 44.5 % à 47.5 %. He also negotiated the renewal of its tax arrangements, led on the acquisition of the LTE (Long Term Evolution) licence and oversaw the procedure for authorising the roll-out of full fibre broadband.
