Engie multiplies contracts in Africa after reorganising its team

Other than the Tarfaya solar power plant in 2012 and the Safi coal-fired power station in 2014, in Morocco, Engie had struggled to win significant tenders on the continent over the past five years.

Engie changed its organisation in 2018 with the decision to move to a sector-based structure (Innovation and New Businesses, Customer Solutions, Gas & Power) rather than a country-oriented operation. And the results speak for themselves.
