Disposal of Orange Niger: Linkstone Capital and Cleary Gottlieb advise Moctar Thiam and Mohamed Rhissa

According to information obtained by Jeune Afrique Business+, the minority shareholders are being advised by Linkstone Capital (financial) and Cleary Gottlieb (legal) during the exclusive negotiations for the takeover of the French operator’s subsidiary in Niger.
