The consortium seeking to be selected as the next concessionaire of the Douala container terminal has just won a first round in the Douala administrative court. Another proceeding for the cancellation of the process is ongoing in the same court.

The battle between the duo comprised of Dutch APM Terminals, a subsidiary of Maersk, and Bolloré, versus the Port Authority of Douala (PAD), has temporarily shifted in favour of APMT-Bolloré.
