Choose Africa: Proparco has doubled its commitments over the past eighteen months
Encouraged by President Emmanuel Macron, the private-sector financing arm of the French Development Agency (AFD) has cumulated commitments of €750 million ($837m) since 2018. And it is now moving into venture capital (VC).
