Ethiopian acquisition for Morocco’s Sana Education (Elalamy family)
The Moroccan group, owned by Saham Group and Tana Africa, buys one of the flagship education providers in Ethiopia.

Already the owner of four schools in Morocco at Casablanca and Rabat, Sana Education has recently ventured out of the kingdom for the first time. In a low-key deal, the education provider owned by Saham Group (the Elalamy family) and Tana Africa (a fund jointly owned by the Oppenheimer family and the Singapore-based investment company Temasek) has invested in Flipper International School.
