A new company, Weidong Cloud Education Afrique de l’Ouest, was discreetly added last February to Côte d’Ivoire’s official company register. The Chinese distance learning specialist Weidong Cloud Education is looking to target the entire West African region through its new structure located in Plateau, Abidjan’s central business district.
