MSC still shut out from managing operations at Douala

Following another legal victory on 4 December for the current licence holder, Douala International Terminal (DIT) (Bolloré and APMT, Maersk Group), the Douala container terminal will be run without an operator from 1 January 2020.

It will be administered directly under the supervision of the port authority Port autonome de Douala (PAD). TIL (Terminal Investment Ltd) is still shut out.
