Endeavour Mining not ruling out a hostile bid for Egypt’s Centamin in early 2020

Endeavour has been seeking to engage with Centamin since 2017 with a view towards a merger. But in recent weeks, after several unsuccessful attempts to establish dialogue with Joseph El-Raghy, a former executive at CIBC Wood Gundy, and current Chairman of Centamin, Endeavour has decided to adopt new tactics.
