For his new aviation business, Malagasy businessman Ylias Akbaraly has partnered with consultants who helped to establish Asky, a 40% owned subsidiary of the Addis Ababa-based air giant.

Sipromad Airlines Group (GS Airlines), launched by Malagasy businessman Ylias Akbaraly on 13 January to operate scheduled services between Antananarivo and Fianarantsoa, has entrusted the preparation of its business plan to the consulting department of Ethiopian Airlines. The plan is due to be presented on 25 February, Jeune Afrique Business+ has learned.
