Geogas to supply Africa’s first LPG plant

After several delays and a revision of its capacity, the Bridge Power project, an energy facility in Tema running on liquefied petroleum gas, will come online in the coming weeks. The plant is being built by Early Power Ltd, a three-partner consortium comprising U.S. company Endeavor Energy (60%), Ghanaian trading group Sage Petroleum and General Electric, the supplier of the facility’s six turbines. Early Power Ltd has signed a 20-year power sales contract with Electricity Corporation of Ghana (ECG).
