A.P. Moller Capital acquires 43% of Arise Ports & Logistics for $250m

The investment fund established in 2017 by Danish shipping giant A.P. Moller to develop infrastructure projects in emerging countries is joining forces with Arise Ports & Logistics.

APMC (A.P. Moller Capital), based in Copenhagen with operational management in Dubai, is acquiring 43% of Arise Ports & Logistics alongside AFC, whose stake increases from 21% to 26%. Olam International Ltd sees its interest reduced to 31%.
