ADM Energy is betting on Trafigura to re-enter the oil industry in West Africa ($100m)
The Swiss trading company just signed a “non-binding” pre-financing agreement to provide up to $100 million in project support for the London-based natural resources investment company, headed by Nigerian national Osamede Okhomina.
