Alami Lazraq increases his stake in Alliances Développement immobilier’s share capital (€28 million) with the aim of restoring investor confidence

The head of the real-estate developer gave a boost to his shareholding in ADI’s capital by converting partners’ current accounts.

Mohamed Alami Nafakh Lazraq, founder and CEO of real-estate developer Alliances Développement immobilier (ADI), recently increased his interest in the group. He now has a 51.68% stake in the share capital, up from 44.08%, thanks to a capital increase reserved for the businessman following the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of 17 June 2019.
