Germany’s GreenTec Capital Partners invests in the “Uber of HR” in Morocco

The venture building company is close to corporations like AFD and GIZ and bolsters start-ups’ potential before investing in them. It wants to strengthen Kwiks, a Moroccan platform that helps connect freelance headhunters and companies that are looking to hire.

Created in Morocco in 2015, Kwiks attracted the attention of GreenTec Capital, a German venture builder that builds up companies in which it later invests. A brother and sister team founded the “Uber of HR”: Amin Khayatei, an IT engineer who worked for AdWay Conseil and service provider Babel, and Zineb Khayatei, who graduated from INSEEC – with a Master’s in business and marketing – and the University of California, Irvine. Like her brother, she is also an experienced consultant.
