Oil companies BW Energy, Vaalco, Noble Energy and Cotec Offshore Engineering Solutions, a hydrocarbon consulting company specialising in offshore energy development, are among the U.S. firms interested in the Gabonese sedimentary basin, within the framework of an ongoing call for tenders.
