The Mabrouk family (Biat) finally pays 19.8 million euros to buy Fadhel Abdelkefi’s Tunisie Valeurs

After acquiring 50.47% of Tunisie Valeurs, Tunisia’s leading stock exchange intermediation company, for 36.6 million dinars (11.5 million euros) in early March, the Mabrouk family, via its bank Biat, were ordered to pay an additional 26.3 million dinars (8.3 million euros) on remaining shares in a mandatory offer required by the Financial Market Council (CMF).
