Air Algérie boosts its cargo operations and considers suspending “major” investments

The national carrier, whose business has been virtually at a standstill for several weeks, is stepping up efforts to tap into its last remaining sources of revenue.

“If the crisis continues, we’ll have to suspend major investments planned for the 2020-2021 financial year”, a source from Air Algérie told Jeune Afrique Business+.
