Eric Kacou, architect of Kigali’s tourism strategy, appointed to the RDM Board of Directors
In charge of the Rwandan National Competitiveness and Innovation Project in the 2000s, the Ivorian economist intends to draw on his sound knowledge of the tourism sector and of private sector financing issues to support the agency in the post-Covid 19 period.

On 18 May, the man with a starring role in the “Rwandan miracle” was appointed to the board of directors of the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), the investment promotion agency based in the land of a thousand hills. He joins Ivan Kagame, the President’s son, and Liban Soleman, former leader of the Emerging Gabon Strategic Plan (PSGE) and the Gabon National Investment Promotion Agency.
