Hannibal Jegham, Tunisian karate champion turned financier, has confirmed that he signed a cooperation agreement with the world’s leading cement company, CNBM (China National Building Materials), in November 2019 for the construction of a cement factory in Ain Saf Saf, in the governorate of Zaghouan.
