The two promotions come on the coattails of the promotion of the former CEO of Stanbic Holdings Plc, Yinka Sanni, to Regional Chief Executive (West Africa) for Standard Bank. He will oversee the bank’s business in Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria and Ghana. To make up for his departure, Stanbic is pursuing an internal reorganisation strategy via the appointments of Demola Sogunle and Wole Adeniyi.
