As of 1 July, Ethiopia will have a new hydrocarbon supplier: Trafigura. Having already been selected for the 2018 year, in May, the world’s second largest oil trader won the race against Vitol for the supply contract launched by Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise (EPSE), Jeune Afrique Business+ has learned.
