According to Jeune Afrique Business+ sources, an agreement is about to be signed with MADGI (the Ivorian tax officials’ society) for a housing project for some 3,000 people. Land has already been identified in the east of the capital, and the agreement between Palmeraie Développement and the other parties is expected to be signed in August.
