The Parliamentary Investigation Commission (CEP) on the economic management of the country under the Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz regime (August 2008-August 2019), which began its work in February, recommends, in a provisional report published in March, that the PPP agreement extension with regard to the container terminal at the Port of Nouakchott be renegotiated.
