MAC SA (Mourad ben Chaabane) to handle Assurances Maghrebia Tunis IPO
Stockbroker MAC SA will oversee Assurances Maghrebia’s listing on the main market of the Tunis Stock Exchange. Part of Abdelaziz Essassi’s UFI Group, the board of directors authorised the operation on Wednesday.

IPO paperwork has not yet been filed. Mourad ben Chaabane, director of MAC SA, as well as the chairman of the board of directors of the Tunis Stock Exchange, did not wish to give further information, in particular with regard to the amount of capital available to investors.
