DS Construction vs Libya: Paris Court of Appeal hearing postponed to December
Like several other construction companies, DS Construction FZCO, a subsidiary of diversified Indian holding company DS Group, is fighting the Libyan authorities to obtain compensation for blocked and unpaid contracts. Amount claimed: $525m.

Advised by Mayer Brown in Paris, DS Construction, which is registered in the United Arab Emirates, is continuing the battle it started four years ago to defend its interests in Libya. In all, the case involves some 19 construction projects in the former Jamahiriya.
