Linkstone assists Orange Niger with its search for capital

Pape Diouf and Yves Bardèche’s London boutique is advising the operator’s new Nigerian shareholders on fund-raising, after having already assisted with debt.

Orange Niger has extended Linkstone Capital’s remit. The investment bank, which was previously appointed by new shareholders Moctar Thiam and Mohamed Rissa to conduct their purchase of the network provider, has now been tasked with arranging its equity financing.
