Offers from Axian, Sofrecom (Orange) and Tata for management of SBIN currently evaluated
State-owned digital infrastructure company Société Béninoise d’Infrastructures Numériques (SBIN) has not, however, received a bid from Sparkle, Jeune Afrique Business+ has learned.

Back in July, Jeune Afrique Business+ revealed that Sparkle, Axian, Sofrecom (Orange group) and Tata Communications were still interested in bidding to manage the Beninese company. At the time, however, several other names had withdrawn following the addition of mobile activity to SBIN’s scope.
