Capital increase on the horizon for SBIN in Benin

The company created to consolidate assets belonging to Bénin Télécom Services, Bénin Télécom Infrastructure and mobile operator Libercom is preparing to welcome a manager in the near future.

According to Jeune Afrique Business+ sources, the Société Béninoise d’Infrastructures Numériques (SBIN) board of directors is due to call an extraordinary general meeting in early November to vote on a capital increase for the company. Further details concerning the operation are, at this stage, unknown.
