Capital increase on the horizon for SBIN in Benin

According to Jeune Afrique Business+ sources, the Société Béninoise d’Infrastructures Numériques (SBIN) board of directors is due to call an extraordinary general meeting in early November to vote on a capital increase for the company. Further details concerning the operation are, at this stage, unknown.
