Oracle SA beats SAP and Atos to deliver the Mauritanian GFMIS
The subsidiary of American giant Oracle ($39.83bn in sales in 2018) has been tasked with implementing a public accounting module for the Mauritanian government.

Oracle Corporation South Africa will deliver the government’s financial management information system (GFMIS), which is intended to ensure the interfaces between systems and to supply softwares, licences and computer hardware. The contract is valued at $4.2m.
