CTF, Valoris and DLA Piper advise on Aradei IPO

The transaction should allow two institutional investors, who have accompanied the company’s development, to make a partial or total exit.

Convened on 9 November to decide on Aradei Capital S.A.’s IPO, shareholders in the Moroccan shopping mall real estate developer are expected to vote on the transaction that would enable the company managed by Nawfal Bendefa to raise a maximum of 800m Moroccan dirhams (€74m).
