Further complaints pending in DIT (APMT/Bolloré) vs Autonomous Port of Douala

DIT, their subsidiary that previously managed the Cameroonian city’s container terminal, has just won its case in relation to two claims – the first regarding the sharing of parking revenues with PAD, and secondly, regarding its inability to participate in the January 2018 call for tenders for the concession’s renewal. However, according to our sources, further complaints are currently being examined and the dispute between the two parties is not over.
